Yakov Smirnoff is one dynamite of a comedian. He arrived in the United States in 1977 with only about $100 to his name. Trying to find a new start in life even though he was a Art College Graduate in Russia he wanted to become a US Citizen and he accomplished that on July 4 (Our Independence Day) 1986. He arrived in Branson in 1992 after being in many movies and even doing a one man show on Broadway. He has Entertained at the white house. He has Entertained over 3 million guests and his huge Theater holds 1,800 guests. You will find his Theater looking like an art gallery filled with his wonderful paintings. Being an Art Major he has displayed art and several art shows. Yakov is and wants to be know as a good American citizen and family man.
